Status: active public commercial boundary
Last reviewed: 2026-07-22

Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd researches, develops, and provides privacy-preserving protocol infrastructure for verifiable AI automation and related technology services through service subscriptions and client-specific business agreements. Its work may include software, infrastructure access, hosting, research, development, integration, technical support, and evidence-aware workflows within the scope of the relevant service or agreement.

Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd does not offer investments, token crowdfunding, securities, bonds, equity, debt, managed investment interests, profit-sharing arrangements, revenue-sharing arrangements, yield products, exchange products, trading products, or any financial-return scheme. Neither a subscription nor a client-specific business agreement gives, promises, expects, entitles, or represents profit, return, token appreciation, token allocation, liquidity, resale value, dividends, buyback rights, or ownership in Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd.

Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd does not operate a market, exchange, order book, trading venue, or public swap product. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or recommend that a person buy, sell, hold, trade, or rely on an asset for financial gain.

## Service and agreement boundary

Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd may enter into service subscriptions and client-specific business agreements, issue invoices, receive payment, and carry out the research, development, software, infrastructure, hosting, integration, support, and related technology activities covered by those arrangements.

Browsing this public website does not itself form a paid service agreement. The service description, price, scope, and terms presented or agreed for a particular service govern that service.

## Commercial operations

Fenrua Labs Pty Ltd may receive payment for its lawful business activities through the commercial method agreed for the relevant service. The current public website is an information, evidence, and service-discovery surface and does not presently provide self-service account creation or checkout.

A payment settles the price of the relevant service. It does not by itself give a customer equity, ownership, profit-sharing, investment returns, token allocation, or rights outside the applicable service terms or client agreement.

## Evidence boundary

Public evidence pages expose point-in-time, content-hashed snapshots of allowlisted public artifacts. Some snapshots are refreshed periodically only after automated validation succeeds. A refresh validates the published records and their internal bindings; it does not rerun the underlying research, differential, sanitizer, circuit, or review campaigns.

Each public record is limited to its named artifacts, revisions, timestamps, hashes, validation steps, maturity, and stated limitations. Public evidence does not attest to live services, protected systems, private client environments, signing keys, private gateways, validators, private meshes, or production security beyond the record's stated scope.

## Company record

The canonical operator identity and official registry links are published in the [Legal and Company Centre](/legal) and the machine-readable [company identity record](/data/company-identity.json).

This statement describes the public service scope. It does not amend any terms, privacy notice, or client-specific agreement that applies to a particular service.
