Freshness and supersession stay visible

Evidence type, freshness, authority, and what a record does not prove are separate dimensions. Empty categories remain explicit rather than being filled with a stronger claim.

Current release evidence

The release manifest and audit bind the current static artifact set at a point in time. Freshness ends when a later source-bound release supersedes it.

Historical research evidence

Kernel snapshots, regression records, and the frozen toolchain capture remain historical source evidence. They retain their named revision and limitation rather than becoming current release proof.

Observation evidence

Signed observations are short-lived and shown only through the bounded monitor after signature, sequence, and freshness checks. Static pages do not retain a current observation claim.
